  • We operate first come, first serve and 50% deposit is required 5 days in advance. 
  • The outstanding amount will be paid by EFT or card at the studio ( Strictly no cash). 
  • Only services agreed and paid for in advance, will be performed on the set date.  
  • Should you be late by 10 minutes or more for you appointment, you will forfeit your deposit. 
  • You can only reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours advance. failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. 
  • You can only cancel you appointment up to 48 hours advance. You will incur setup fees should you fail to do so. 
  • Please remain professional at all times. Should we feel your behavior does not meet our standards, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and forfeit your deposit.
